"The driver was very helpful and polite. When booking the cab, the suitcase allowance was not clear. We thought we had booked a car with 3 standard suitcases and 3 cabin bags. However, after booking the cab snd paying, we received a call stating we needed a larger car which would cost an extra £12. This we we not happy with."
